As our Manager of Publisher Sales, you’ll be at the front lines of a category that’s moving from “unknown” to “must-have” at lightning speed.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, close enterprise publishers, and help define our GTM strategy in a market where we have first-mover advantage and massive white space.

Dive deep into publisher workflows (AdOps, RevOps, Product, Eng).
Identify measurement gaps, ad-block loss, and hidden revenue opportunities.
Build proofs of concept and ROI models that quantify real, immediate lift.
Translate technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives that resonate at the C-level.
Shape the Product, Team, and Category
Bring publisher insights directly into our product roadmap.
Partner closely with Onboarding team to ensure fast, clean onboarding and measurable wins.
Influence GTM messaging, vertical playbooks, and competitive strategy.
Play a central role in building the foundation for a future sales org.
Be the Face of Ad-Shield
Represent us at various industry events around the globe.
Build relationships with CEO & CROs, Heads of AdOps, and programmatic leaders.
Champion the economics of dark traffic and signal loss, positioning Ad-Shield as the category leader.
🧩 What You Bring
Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in publisher-facing ad-tech sales (SSP/exchange, identity, analytics, privacy tech, yield management, etc.).
Proven track record of closing enterprise publisher partnerships.
Deep understanding of publisher economics, revenue levers, and monetization models.
Skills
Strong consultative, solution-oriented selling approach with compelling ROI storytelling.
Comfortable working with tags, CMPs, header bidding, analytics tools, and general web technologies.
Able to communicate clearly with CEOs, CROs, and engineering teams.
Excellent negotiation instincts and relationship-building capabilities.
