As Ad-Shield's Founding GTM, you'll build our entire go-to-market engine from the ground up. You'll define how we enter markets, position our product, and scale revenue across global territories.
You'll own the complete GTM strategy, from identifying target markets and crafting value propositions to designing scalable sales processes and closing high-value deals. Beyond selling, you'll establish Ad-Shield's market presence by building relationships with key industry players and positioning us as a trusted partner in the ad security ecosystem.
You'll create the playbooks and infrastructure that the organization will leverage as it scales, ensuring your impact extends beyond individual deals. Success means building a repeatable GTM motion that drives sustainable growth as we expand globally.
What you will do
Build and execute GTM strategies to acquire and scale high-value clients
Develop market positioning, messaging, and sales playbooks
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, expansion, and optimization
Identify and penetrate new market opportunities, verticals, and accounts
Establish partnerships and relationships with key industry stakeholders
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or GTM experience
Native-level proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
AdTech or digital advertising ecosystem experience preferred
Track record of closing deals, exceeding targets, and driving growth
Ability to build GTM infrastructure from scratch
Helpful experience (not required)
Early-stage startup experience (Founding Member)
Experience in ad fraud prevention, ad security, or ad monetization
Strong network in the digital publishing or advertising industry
Experience operating in multiple regions (APAC, NA, EU)
