Shape the Product, Team, and Category
• Bring publisher insights directly into our product roadmap.
• Partner closely with Onboarding team to ensure fast, clean onboarding and measurable wins.
• Influence GTM messaging, vertical playbooks, and competitive strategy.
• Play a central role in building the foundation for a future sales org.
Be the Face of Ad-Shield
• Represent us at various industry events around the globe.
• Build relationships with CEO & CROs, Heads of AdOps, and programmatic leaders.
• Champion the economics of dark traffic and signal loss and position Ad-Shield as the category leader.
• 5–10+ years of experience in publisher-facing ad-tech sales (SSP/exchange, identity, analytics, privacy tech, yield management, etc.).
• Proven track record of closing enterprise publisher partnerships.
• Deep understanding of publisher economics, revenue levers, and monetization models.
Skills
• Strong consultative, solution-oriented selling approach with compelling ROI storytelling.
• Comfortable working with tags, CMPs, header bidding, analytics tools, and general web technologies.
• Able to communicate clearly with CEOs, CROs, and engineering teams.
• Excellent negotiation instincts and relationship-building capabilities.
