애드쉴드는 웹사이트의 광고 차단 손실을 복구하여 새로운 광고 매출을 창출하는 스타트업입니다. 2024년 상반기 런칭 이후 월 평균 30% 이상의 빠른 매출 성장을 보이고 있으며, 2025년에는 연매출 100억 원 달성을 목표로 하고 있습니다.

Ad-Shield is an ad-tech startup that leverages cutting-edge adblock recovery technology to help the worlds' leading publishers recover revenue lost to ad-blocking. With innovative solutions, we are creating a new market worth over $250bn. As a rapidly growing startup, we have been experiencing explosive growth, with monthly growth of 30%+.

Our mission is to create a sustainable ad-supported web ecosystem. Intrusive ads prompt users to install ad blockers, resulting in revenue losses for publishers. In response, publishers increase the number of ads, which in turn leads to even more ad blocker installs. To break this vicious cycle, we aim to protect minimum better-ads-compliant ads to support healthier digital ad ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own Client Onboarding: Spearhead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and partners, managing project plans, tracking progress, and proactively solving roadblocks to ensure a swift and successful launch.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Act as the primary point of contact for all operational matters. Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and technical workflows to provide tailored support and strategic guidance.
  • Drive Performance & Optimization: Monitor and analyze client performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives to help them achieve greater success with our product.
  • Basic Technical Troubleshooting: Perform initial technical troubleshooting, review system configurations, and navigate our codebase to investigate issues, effectively translating client needs into actionable tasks for our development team.

Responsibilities

  • Exceptional Communication: Crystal-clear written and verbal communication skills in English. Professional fluency in Korean is highly preferred for seamless collaboration with our development team.
  • Technical Aptitude: Able to grasp technical concepts quickly and has strong problem-solving skills.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and the drive to become an expert on our product and clients.
  • Meticulous Organization: Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Client-Facing Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in client-facing roles or positions requiring regular communication with external partners is a plus.
